New in 2010 - The 'Old Tavern of Glenmoriston' was the hub of the village for many years and a popular stop off point for people who travelled this road on a regular basis. Similar infact, to the old drovers who first used the original hotel. The Old Tavern has now evolved into three beautifully appointed bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms. Two of them have super king size beds which are actually two single beds designed to link together. If requested at the time of booking these rooms can be made up as twins. The third room is a triple (or family room) containing a double bed and a single bed. This room can accommodate a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children, but the inclusion of the extra bed does limit the space. The ensuite in the triple room has assisted facilities.

The original structure has been preserved and the walls are over 3 feet thick. Room 11 has a 'feature window' which allows you to actually see the thickness of the wall.

All have satellite tv, direct dial telephone and tea/coffee tray.

Situated in your own private area you are free to come and go as you please. The Tavern Rooms and the main building are only a few feet apart and separated by a burn which flows through the Hotel grounds. Crossed by a private footbridge to your own front door your peace and tranquility is assured.
