Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival will not be charged.
Cancellations made 14-8 days prior to arrival will be charged the first night's rate.
Cancellations made within 7-4 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the total booking.
It would be advisable to take out Holiday Insurance.

What a brilliant hotel. We had never been to Scotland and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, what lovely scenery all around but the hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were lovely, food superb great. The room was comfortable, warm and very clean. Sue and Paul the hosts were just amazing could not do enough for us - I would certainly recommend this hotel we will certainly be back. Thank you Sue and Paul for a lovely stay
